Challenge
As a company on a mission to improve healthcare through smarter optimisation & automation, Expert 24 was looking to find new partnerships to bring their toolset to a wider industry audience. However, attempting to convey complex automation concepts verbally or via traditional imagery was proving ineffective, so we were asked to help them transform the way they communicate their amazing product to prospective clients.
Mission
Transform the way Expert 24 explain their product with a clear & compelling product film.
Solution
Working with internal executives at Expert 24, we worked to reframe how their product story was conveyed; instead of attempting to communicate value through metrics or scale, we chose to focus on the tangible, real-terms improvements that Expert 24's services can make to the lives of an individual person; in our case, a woman named Jane.
Converting the endless possibilities of Expert 24's services into a single example narrative, we set about scripting & storyboarding the piece. To further help soften the identity & help differenciate Expert 24 from it's competitors, we opted to utilise an emotive, illustrative style to serve as the visuals for our story.
I worked on this project to both oversee the creative, as well as structuring the story & writing the script alongside Expert 24's executives. I also worked to animate & edit the piece, as well as providing sound design & mixing.
